Mirri are very proud to announce sponsorship of the POPAI Awards 2011. Mirri have been a member of the Point of Purchase Advertising International (POPAI) for a number of years. POPAI is the only not-for-profit trade association exclusively dedicated to serving the interests of all those involved in retail marketing. With local offices covering 40 countries and more than 1,700 members worldwide.

This year's POPAI Awards competition will be launched on 10th February 2011 at the AGM & POPAI Meeting and will be open to any designer or producer of P-O-P material, advertising/marketing agencies, services companies, brand owners or retailers; members and non-members.

All entries will be graphically displayed at the In-Store Show at Olympia, London between 29th-30th June 2011 and online permanently in the POPAI UK & Ireland Awards Gallery along with a truncated case study. www.popai.co.uk See Mirri on stand No. C124 at the In-store show.

Entries are judged by a distinguished panel of industry professionals using criteria based on the effectiveness of the displays in increasing sales, securing retail placements and working strategically to position the brand at the point-of-purchase. Judges for 2010 included P-O-P professionals from Carte Blanche Greetings, Gallaher Ltd (JTI), Dyson, Energizer, TUI Travel, Comet, HBOS, Boots and Unilever.

The awards will be presented at a glittering ceremony at a London hotel in October 2011.
